Lacing & Truing Dirt Bike Wheels
« on: March 11, 2016, 08:14:29 AM »
We've hired one of the very best wheelsmiths around to offer complete wheel services for your dirt bike.

$275 gets you both front and back rims replaced with our Tusk Impact rims...  mounted to YOUR hubs...  even includes shipping your completed wheels back to you.

Add $45 per wheel for Tusk SILVER spokes with Aluminum nipples.
Add $55 per wheel for Tusk BLACK spokes with Aluminum nipples.
Add $65 per wheel for Excel SILVER spokes with STEEL nipples.
Add $100 if you want DID Dirtstar Rims
Add $150 if you want Excel Takasago Rims

All you do is ship your hubs with spokes/nipples to us.  We'll mount new rims...  true them up...  and send them home to you typically in a week...  for only $275.

Note:
1) You can send your complete wheels but the old rims will not be returned to you.
2) If our wheelsmith says you need new spokes...  you will need to buy spokes.

I am onboard. I have had nothing but headaches and trouble trying to source and repair wheels! When the time comes, I'll probably go this route. -BIG DAN

How much am I looking at for just the rear wheel? Have my old cracked wheel sitting around since I bought that Tusk set from you. Figured I might as well get it relaced that way I can actually use my newish 19" paddle and have a dedicated sand wheel since I went with the 18" Tusk rear.

Just got done tearing the old cracked rim off the hub. Definitely gonna need a set of spokes, and probably a set of wheel bearings...

I just checked... better throw some white paint on your stock hub...  Oct 31 for next batch of 19" in white hubs.

I was thinking maybe I'd go with the Red/black. since it will most likely be just for sand.
